Dr. Kanase's commitment to continuous improvement is evident from his yearly training at Harvard University, complementing his vast medical knowledge. A native of India, Dr. Kanase has made the Texas panhandle his home for nearly two decades. He holds a degree from Grant Medical College and pursued further education in the U.S., earning a Masters in Food and Nutrition from Texas Tech University.
